My career has spanned a range of industries — beginning in aviation with the Royal Air Force and progressing into senior operational leadership roles within the telecommunications and energy-from-waste sectors. These experiences have shaped my ability to lead cross-functional teams through significant transformation, whilst demonstrating success in building high-performing, engaged teams. At Opexcell, I work in close partnership with organisations to turn operational challenges into opportunities for growth. I support businesses in streamlining processes, unlocking efficiency, eliminating waste, reducing costs, optimising performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
